All Cooperative Members are expected to be familiar with the documents below, and must sign off as having read, understood and agreeing to follow them (see sign off sheet above) on or before the first day of preschool.

Make changes to your child’s program

Please use the forms linked below to make changes to your child’s program – emails are not accepted for program changes, due to record keeping requirements.  You will receive a confirmation email of the request submitted via form.

Streamlined Registration (Only use this for existing students – new students need to use the ‘Register Today’ link above)

Program Change Request Form (Please note requests should be made 2 weeks in advance)

Withdraw from Programming Request Form  (A minimum of 30 days notice is required – please see the Payment and Refund Policy for details about the notice period and how refunds work)

Schedules

As members of a cooperative, taking shifts as a duty parent, or doing the occasional load of laundry for the centre is a part of the membership responsibilities.  Schedules are posted below and are updated by the centre Director – please send any questions you have to director@wvcp.ca.
